Great video and a nice review of the (2) areas. My wife and I are here for a home buying trip from the Twin Cities. We're currently staying in Oro Valley but decided to buy our home in the Saguaro Reserve in Dove Mountain. While it is more remote, the roads are truly impressive. It's like driving in a national park to get to ones home. We prefer the more quiet and reserved feeling that you get in Dove Mountain. Can't wait for our home to be completed!
@@us276056 they do! I’ve sold and appraised many of their homes. I’m curious what the biggest deciding factor was for you to choose DM instead of another location like Oro Valley?
@@lifestyleintucsonarizona I watched a ton of RUclips videos concerning Oro Valley, Catalina Foothills, and Marana. My wife and I flew in on Saturday, July 13. Our realtor had us seeing builders in these areas. We have never visited Tucson before but knew we did not like Phoenix. We instantly fell in love with Dove Mountain and bought our home within 2 days of arriving. The developments are well laid out and they display the most beautiful saguaros. The 20 minute drive to shop is well worth it and your time with nature is well spent!
Good information with lots to think about. From a production perspective, I would pick one RGB background color and stick with it. The changing colors are very distracting.
Many folks who purchase in Dove Mt. are retired and spend the winters in AZ. My wife and I are two of these. We currently live in a Del Webb in Rocklin CA just North of SAC.
@@peterjordan2738 that is one of the larger demographics in DM as is the case with many of the suburbs surrounding Tucson. Tucson has long been known as a retirement area due to the warm weather and affordability in comparison to many places. How do you like Del Webb community you live in? Would you buy in a Del Webb community again?
@@peterjordan2738 that could help for sure. As you go north of Magee Rd on oracle the traffic lights become fewer and farther between which helps traffic flow.

Rich, we may live in the same community...Springfield built by Pulte. Have been here 10 years. Humm..

Guess Oracle Rd. needs to be 4 lanes? Many lights or stop signs, correct?
