holy fucking shit this was INTENSE, the build up to like the last minute and a half??? absolute art. i don't know what is going on but i know its intense and emotional and you really showed the bloodiness and violence of war so well
i did the first part so easily and then spent an eternity just for the action section in the last minute lmao i hate it i don't like to think about it ........... showing the effects of trauma first, and then the source of it sure was a backward take on all of it. thank you for always watching things you hate for me!!!!!

It is what got me to watch The Pacific in the first place, and I can't thank you enough for making such a phenomenal video and thus introducing me to an incredible series. But seriously though I literally have a YT playlist of 359 edits like this and this is still by far the best in terms of emotional beats, music timing, and general editing quality. Just perfect all around.
I finished watching The Pacific not so long ago and I found this edit. And my god, what an edit! Everything is perfectly putted. All the quotes and scenes you've chosen are perfect.

When I saw the Japanese soldier just accepting his fate and just wanting to die, that hit hard. Poor man was probably a Korean or Chinese conscript and didn't want to fight for the same people who pillaged, raped and destroyed his country, but was forced to.
