I train alone so much I forget about the power of training together.
Do you like to train alone, with another, or a mix of both?
When you have another person to get to work with, it pushes you a little harder.

One thing she never gives up it's a lot of work trying to slide out of bed into a wheelchair some kind of way she's managing she has to be in a full cast for the next 8 months
