Angie was born in 1961. Dangelo was born in 1974. He came out in 1995 and him and Angela were together with a son by then. That means Angela was messing with D' Angelo when she was in her 30s and he was in his teens or barely out of it.

16:01: West Street Mob- Let's Dance (Make Your Body Move) 1981.
I never partied to this track, I was too young. However, this track was played at my sister's house parties. Never know that Angie Stone had anything to do with this.
I have mad respect for this sista!
I presume that the majority of us watching this are in the late 40 to 50s range. If you are younger, and you haven't heard it, also check out the following:
    The Sequence--- Funk You Up.
Raphael Saadiq ft Angie Stone--- Excuse Me.
    Enjoy!

City girls don't know nothing about Angie Stone, she said in the last interview on The breakfast Club she didn't know salt and pepper. They really have to learn the history .

So Uptown Funk is not a Bruno Mars song. It’s a Mark Ronson song with Bruno as a feature. The feature artist only has a say in how much he is paid. Robson’s label is responsible for paying royalties. Also remember how old this song is, you have to ask who owns the rights to the song? Considering she admits that they were taking advantage of when signed, there is a huge possibility that someone got a check just not the group and she may have found that out during her attempt to sue which is why she didn’t.
