1) whats the מקור on the 12 years thats was normally at that time
2) r akive new תנ"ך before that i don't know where its written but i remember that
3) since when dose a buchier get paid more then a guy and where there are tons of buchirem looking fpr such work also yingalit maybe get me a meeting with him

Nothing pesonal but traveling chasidim is a business the boss is making alot of money I know for a fact he charges a huge amount for sending down people and he gives nothing for the volunteers

He doesn't charge the community anything extra just travel expenses for the members which can be a lot if they're flying far or nothing if they drive.
