Wow, this is actually one of the best marching/pep band arrangements I’ve seen! It’s not super generic, but it’s still true to the original song, and the parts are not all super boring. Plus, the key change at the end is fantastic!
lol I wish that in band the conductor would remove the title of the song then make the band sight read it, and everyone would freak out, that'd be the best

When I sat on the 2nd/3rd Clarinet row during Marching Band Camp, I had to sit in front of the Trumpets and of course they were blasting. I couldn't hear myself playing at all.
I play flute and I always get put right in front of the trumpets. I love there playing but it can sometimes give me a headache when they blast right in my ear

we’re playing disco lives and it’s a compilation of 3 songs, and one of them is this one!!
we’re not performing it to the school though cause we’re a middle school band and no one will recognize the tunes, especially those vsco 6th graders, but we might play it when we go to Washington DC for the Parade of Hero’s VE Day event we’re participating in this year
We are doing this theme next year for marching band including this as well, the other marching songs are dancing machine and car wash, not the biggest fan of car wash though

They should've put an optional 8va for 1st trumpet for measures 7 and 8 as that's in the original.

I use a key: 2nd ledger line is C, 3rd ledger line is E, and 4th ledger line is G, and so on skipping every other note ;)
