I used to use the instant coffee packets backpacking. But I found the soto coffee maker. Its basically a wire coil that packs down super flat and holds a small coffee filter. To me a game changer in back country coffee. I hated the weird super bitter after taste of instant coffee
Thanks for taking us along with you. I did a snow hike in Bishop, California once and it was tough. We kept falling into the snow up to our knees and thighs too. Took us 6 hours to hike 3 miles. And But I’d love to do it again. Loved the views where you were!!! I can’t wait to go backpacking this year.
I’m glad we’re not the only ones who ended up snow hiking a little unprepared lol it took us so much longer than we’re used to too! Thanks again for always watching and engaging in my/our content! I hope all is well in your life, and that maybe you even found the right van?
@@AnnaAndRyan I always enjoy your videos! Good question about the van - I haven't been prioritizing that due to other circumstances. But, a few priorities have changed for me and now I'm going to start gearing up to look for my van!! Super excited. Thanks for asking.
Thank you Anna, Ryan, Nova and June.. You inspire me. Every situation is temporary. Love the people, animals, scenery where you are. Nature is the best healer. ps how would you handle an encounter with a bear? I would be completely obsessed with keeping the dogs safe 🤭🙈
New friend and subscriber, enjoying watching as you go from one fun and exciting adventure to another .. it is absolutely fantabulous! Hey, a tip: those coffee-tea bags are great! Since we are not a household of coffee lovers (shock, right?!) I keep them on hand all the time for our friends and family who are. They stay fresh, are easy to use, and don't require much storage space. I think they'd be great for you guys to use while hiking/camping .. no measuring, no granules to scoop, just dunk and you have a cuppa ☕ Oh, and coffee-fiens tell me it tastes great, too! 😋
I freaking love Colorado!
Awesome 👍
I really enjoyed watching this video and living vicariously through it! Thank you for sharing.

Hahaha so true!
The scenery on the South Lake Tahoe hike you both did was really beautiful, thanks for sharing.
It really took us by surprise how beautiful it was!
