I must say - I too have a portable folding table - for those viewers who have not made that purchase its probable the best accessory you can buy for your shop. Mine is a smaller 2-0 x 4-0 plastic top version from Costco. Saves your back, keeps your tools out of the dirt and is great for spray painting. I am looking forward to the next video!
Thanks Gregory. The portable folding table is quite old and has assisted in many projects. I do have another one, a plastic top that may be very similar to the one you bought at Costco. Have a superb weekend!
It most certainly is John. Most of it is straight forward. The only part that's a little more difficult is the hydraulics and that is only because I have a 3rd function valve already installed. Otherwise, the hydraulics would be quite simple. Have a super weekend John!
That's going to be a big project to tackle Paul, I hope you'll have an extra set of hands to install the big frame plates. Can't wait to see how it turns out. Have a great weekend Paul 🙋🏼♂👍🏻🙂
Good morning and thanks Luc. It is a decent size job with a lot of parts. Nope, no extra set of hands for the installation, just me using a few tricks to get the job done. Have a fantastic weekend!
Good Morning To Both Of You 👌👌😇😇👍👍You will have fun with your backhoe once everything is install 👍😇👌💪 You can have access to mounting Instruction manual on line or at your dealer 🧐👍 Keep Up Your OUTSTANDING Husband and Wife Team Work Sir Cheers 🍻🍻
Good morning Sir. I did find the assembly instruction manual for the backhoe but it hasn't been updated by Kubota to cover my specific tractor model. However there is a very similar model in the manual. There isn't any info for connecting the hydraulics when there is a 3rd function valve already installed. Have a fantastic weekend Sir!
Paul, I have just recently purchased an Lx2610 with the Bh77 and mine came with the swivel seat but the short operating levers I will be reaching out to my dealership for the angled longer handles.
Thanks for watching. Hopefully the dealer will change or provide the angled ones free of charge since they do come with the subframe kit. Also, just as a note, when I bought my BH77 backhoe (see previous video) it came off of a 2022 LX2610, same year and model as mine. The BH77 had the angled longer handles on it. I won't have to use the ones that came in the kit. Did you get a 3rd function valve installed on your LX2610? Have a great week.
Yes I hope they do I just picked it up Saturday, so a phone call will be made today. I did not opt for the front 3rd function remotes but a set of rear remotes were installed. So the loader QA bucket, the BH77 backhoe and a set of forks were purchased. I’m down near London Ontario. Enjoy your week as well!
I think I would be in trouble if I had a backhoe, after I finished digging holes all over my property I likely would move to my neighbor's property. They sure are a handy piece of equipment. Take care
Wow ton of work. Good on ya for taking this on. It will be a few days for sure. I wonder what the Kubota book says how long this will take? Thanks for sharing!
It looks more intimidating than it is. It isverystraightforward. The overall job excluding the time to remove tires, 3pth etc to do the work is not that long. Have a great day Mike!
Good morning Paul. This project looks intimidating, but when it is broken down into manageable steps it should be a snap. Did you get the shop manual? I purchased my BX from Messick’s before they built the new facility. I go to the store south of Carlisle on Rittner highway. The customer service is outstanding and the online parts catalog can be a big help at looking at the illustrations on how things go back together. Enjoy The Journey - Cheers
Good morning Bob. Your right, breaking it down into steps is the best approach. I did find the assembly instruction manual for the backhoe but it hasn't been updated by Kubota to cover my specific tractor model. However there is a very similar model in the manual. There isn't any info for connecting the hydraulics when there is a 3rd function valve already installed. I agree, Messick's does have outstanding service. I have reviewed Messick's parts online catalogue and also Kubota's online parts catalog. Have a fantastic weekend Bob!
I am really enjoying the backhoe, thanks. I don't recall the exact cost, but it was around $1600 Canadian. In the US it is listed at $1256.70 on the Messick's website. Here is the link www.messicks.com/parts/BH4966 Have a great week.

Paul, that is one ambitious project, but I know you've got it!

Good evening Paul!
Good morning Gary!
Great job my friend
Have a nice day
Thanks, you too have a nice day!
Nice work Paul. Finding a used backhoe, you need to buy a lottery ticket 🎟️! As always good description of the install. 😊👍🚜
Thanks Mark. It would be nice to buy a winning lottery ticket. Have a great week!
Another good one Paul.
Brent
Thanks Brent, have a super weekend!
Great video, enjoy watching thanks
Thanks Mike, I appreciate it. Have a great day!

@@kratt309 Enjoy your new tractor!!!
Thanks Paul if you need any help or I can be a resource with having the same unit let me know. Keep up the excellent content !!

Lol, I can see all of the holes. Definitely a handy piece of equipment. You too, take care and have a great week!

Hopefully you're enjoying your new backhoe by now! If you don't mind me asking, how much did the subframe kit run you?
