Shot with Glenn at IBO Worlds last year and he won our class and we had a great time in our group. He is a great guy to shoot with and I consider him a very good friend.
They should stop talking to the archers between ends. obviously they are bothered by it. It brings attention to Lancaster rather than the archers. I would not like it. I think they shouls stop it.
I would not talk to them when they came up to me. Obviously I am shooting a bow with a string, two cables, and some limbs, with a rest and sight, along with some arrows. Duh.

Maybe they could prerecord the conversations, but I think it adds a great element overall.
