*Incident happened on Monday, April 22nd 2024. She released her apology video on Monday, April 29th 2024. She had 168 hours for the opportunity to apologize sincerely prior to the video being released on Monday, April 29th. Immediately a few hours after the video was released, she found the convenient time to apologize. She definitely didn’t care to apologize any time last week. She had several opportunities to apologize but she didn’t care until the video was released and she was getting lots of public backlash. Now the the apology was well-written (she was reading from a teleprompter) but the apology was not sincere because she only apologized AFTER THE VIDEO WAS RELEASED. She doesn’t feel sorry. She’s just sorry she got exposed. She needs to be fired.*

That's what I think, too. I was treated WAY worse when I was arrested for a crime I didn't even commit (theft, and thank God the place had security cameras they could later check!) and if I'd been speeding:
      1. No way would I dare ignore the cop and just drive home
      2. No way would a cop let me stomp into my house, he would've handcuffed me
      3. No way would he have let me go without a sobriety test
I'm a brown woman with very little money and absolutely zero political power, while she's so powerful she can literally tell the cop, _"I DON'T CARE"_ about breaking the law. 🤦🏾‍♀️😡🤬

Nah she has to go, she needs to be fired from being the DA. She broke multiple laws and should be in jail just anyone else who would have done the same her. Her excuses are BS

So basically a DA can lawfully break the law 😂😂😂
"l understand the law better than you"? OMG this DA definitely deserves to serve as an example that no-one is above the law.
🤣🤣🤣 She said "No excuses"? But it is exactly what she is doing, making excuses for her erratic behavior instead of apologizing. Well she had spent 3 years too many at this position and must stand down before she does something bigger than this. She is a danger to society. Can you imagine if law makers and authorities all started breaking the law like her?

  • @J_House

You realize that her behavior is a clear indication of the amount of corruption that can exist in these organizations... that she isn't accountable for her own actions. Being a DA doesn't make you exempt from following laws. Disgusting. People like that should not possess the power she probably has in her position. YUCK

She should be charged and prosecuted for...
    1. Speeding 20mph (which is an arrestable offense) .
    2. Felony fleeing and evading.
    3. Obstruction.
    4. Using her office in attempt to conspire with the police chief on the phone to influence, obstruct and end a criminal investigation.
Because she used her office to try to end the investigation into her potential crimes while she was being detained, she should be terminated from her position as DA.
The officer needs disciplinary action for not controlling the detainee and issues of officer safety. He should have considered her extreme belligerence and failure to stop may be due to alcohol.
Do notice in the video that when she exited the garage and went into the house she put her white hand bag in there and did not return with it. Her frenetic, histrionic actions could have been a distraction for her to hide that bag and its contents in the house. Pill bottles, maybe? He also let the detainee out of his sight when she went into the house which is an officer safety issue.

+20 over, Fleeing/evading, Obstruction, (all arrestable) Had he tried to arrest her you can tag on resisting arrest. Anyone of us did that we would be arrested, (maybe not the 20 over but still it could be.) How can she prosecute any of these offences again without the defendant saying, "well you did it without repercussions, why can't I.

When I see an administrator or a public servant acting like this and try to decide whether they deserve to keep their positions of power, I ask myself this question: Would I Iet this person run my popsicle stand?
The answer here is hell no.

I live in Rochester N.Y Monroe County where Doorley is D A. She was doing 55 in a 35, would not stop for a police officer and was talking on a cell phone which is also a crime in N.Y. Her excuse? She was having a bad day. The people are outraged by her entitlement and are demanding she be fired. The fact that the police officer told her she could be arrested but was not has raised questions about why she was not held to the same standard as everyone else.

    • @mistaragetage8752

She was hands free on the phone which is not illegal. I think this is going to end up like the Judge that got pulled over for DWI a fews years back. and like that case will take time to play out. Her apology was only because the cop didn't walk away and this went viral.

And that is why the entire department will or should be investigated. The chief shouldn't have said "let me talk to the officer" on the call she made. Or he should have told her to do what the officer tells you or worse things will happen.
