LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."
Psychedelic’s definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it’s just so hard to source here
The issue of microglia and low cortisol activation in ptsd subjects is possibly due to early life exposure to depressive/traumatic events that have resulted in lasting hormone adnormalities/compensations.
I can't find a source anywhere for any good psychedelics in my area, I suffer some pretty bad depression and i got a chance to try K and man it was a miracle substance, I felt free, the only high or euphoria was from the relief of my vices being released, that's exactly what it did
Mushroom completely turned my life around and my anxiety and panic attack disappeared and my personality changed into a much more generous loving person
I've heard so many good things about ketamine, Psilocybin mushrooms and their health benefits, I also heard it helps one get through addiction and depression. Am just wondering where or how I can get my hands on them cause I'll love to give it a try, I'm passing through a state of terrible depression lately and it's killing me
Most of my experiences with mushrooms and ket was extremely good...a few bad trips, bad it was my fault...was not in the right 'mood' for it...As a result of taking them my lucid dreaming has intensified over time. Still get occasional flashbacks and don't regret taking them...
.. same thing with the antidepressant effect of cannabis. As the years go by, you can space out the treatment longer and longer between treatments, and it will still work just great. One learns how to be permanently cheerful and healthy.
Maybe the folks that are already imunocomprimised are the folks that responded better than those that were not imunocomprimised. I'm referring to rapamycine explanation...
Dreams, as we all know, are very queer things: some parts are presented with appalling vividness, with details worked up with the elaborate finish of jewellery, while others one gallops through, as it were, without noticing them at all, as, for instance, through space and time. Dreams seem to be spurred on not by reason but by desire, not by the head but by the heart, and yet what complicated tricks my reason has played sometimes in dreams, what utterly incomprehensible things happen to it!
My microglia are gobbling new synapses and I wanna know why. I’ve got Neuro plasticity for 72 hours before they start to die. Zambonis of my brain, first responders just same… Oh Micro glia I wanna see ya Dance like Gene Gene the dancing machine Not clean clean like the Zamboni Machine

So if mTor is involved….would fasting prior to ketamine help?
6mg Rapamycin *before or after* ketamine treatment ...and all in one go in either case ?
.. I would certainly avoid immunosuppressants whenever possible.
he says 6mg of rapamycin, is it per day or per week?
I would assume once per week.
absolutely fascinating stuff
