Is the build actually based on magical healing? In one of Ryan6DaysAWeek’s videos, he broke healing down and potions were physical for some reason. Maybe they changed that or something?

But at the same time AP maxing isn't what it once was and if you're looting gear consistently you can afford to lose 500g a game.
