Maybe I can help you, I m also a beginner and I know some points regarding ur questions 1)in the beginning of ur trading journey try to train ur psychology,mindset,learn the price action and try some setups or strategies 2)you should avoid big losses in the beginning as u r learning and try to trade with very small capital 3)you can do meditation and spend quality time with ur family, don't trade on special occasions (festivals birthdays,etc) and take a break if you are feeling that u r having losing strike Hope it will be helpful, thank you

Hey, I am a Software Engineer (Work from home) so I can get 10-12 and 1 to 3:30 time for trading but according to every trader including you we have to do homework a day before so if I only trade between 1 to 3:30 then also that homework work or not. If yes then how and if no then what will you suggest?
