Jamals head kick vs Alexes leg kick. Wonder if he will target inside leg kick instead of switch kick since jamal south paw. When he gets back out there might also be tricky to find the distance if Alex moves around the cage. But probably not going to make much difference if they stand and meet in the middle. He def benefits from the smaller cage in those fights where he could pressure and cut off the other guy

I actually think alot of people don't give Jamal enough credit, and they certainly overlook how good he is. I notice he has a high fight IQ. He moves quite well, knows how to use his power, and can adjust well depending on what his opponent is doing. That's a tough matchup for Alex. Alot of people have Alex cakewalking Jamal, but I do not. If Jamal's achilles is fully healed and strong, and Alex will surely test that out, it's either going to be a long night for someone, or someone is going to sleep. I do not have Alex washing Jamal as I see some do.

@fimmyk First, just to get this out of the way, you can't say Hill has no way to win at all at the end, outside of becoming a wrestler(which is a complete departure from his game while assuming that's his only tool that's useful), but then state you don't have this being a walk in the park. These two cannot be reconciled, which is literally what is being stated by everyone picking by Alex. I'm not buying the entirety of that dynamic.
Also, stop quibbling about the "headhunting" comment as if I did not affirm that all his wins are on the feet. Again, Hill has never lost on the feet. Alex has lost on the feet, and was put to sleep. Hill is not sloppy on the feet either, as you seem to indicate.
Further, I never said you were hating at all. I simply disagree with your assessment that Hill has no options outside of a takedown. I think that, as I said before, this is nonsense.
Hill targets the head because they go to sleep, and he can do it anywhere in the cage. He has no reason to deviate from what won him a championship that he never lost. Alex doesn't have much movement and fights straightforward, muay thai style. Hill, from my observation, has better movement than Alex. I'm simply saying it won't be easy for either fighter, but I do believe Hill can knock him out and it won't go five rounds like Taxeira. Alex can also knock out Hill, or even dismantle his legs with those kicks which will be used in combination on Hill that he must be prepared for, which I believe he will be because he's a smart fighter. I don't even buy that the way to beat Alex is on the ground solely-and I do believe Hill has a ground game(especially after the mistake he made in the Craig fight), just to be clear, and can kick as well-because he works with Glover.
This is far more of a complex fight than it's being made out to be.
