I fix and flip used mowers here in the USA since i retired. Ive done lots of those briggs quantum carbs. In your country i dont know if you have ethanol in your gasoline. Here our cheaps gas has corn based ethanol. If it sits for a few months in small engines it turns to jello and makes cleaning carb more difficult. 👍 Roger
Hi, Roger. It's my first carb to disassemble :) :), but I think I did well :) :) As for ethanol, I do not know that fact. All I know is that over time, sediment and sludge appear, which means that the gas is not completely clean.
I really use gloves a lot, of various designs and materials, for all purposes (thin, thick, nylon, rubber, canvas, leather...). I don't know how in this video it is an exception. Thank you for your comment and advice.
Well simple home project or not you did a great job cleaning the carburetor. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much friend for the kind words, it means a lot to me and I really appreciate it. Thank you again for watching. Greetings

great video watching you clean the carb just doing the same type but going into ultrasonic cleaner
In the description I stated that ultrasonic cleaning is best, but this is one example of how to clean a carburetor with simple tools at home
Great job cleaning the carb! Enjoyed watching!
Thank you very much. I'm glad you like it.
I advise you to use gloves when working with gasoline and brake cleaner etc.
