Rock Band stock drum kits only have 1 pedal, so any parts of any songs that have double bass get cut in half to compensate. (You can hook up kits with 2 pedals but Rock Band doesn't officially support it.) To go back and rechart a few thousand songs with double bass would be impossible for Harmonix, especially since they've had to lay off staff recently so I wouldn't expect them to do it any time soon.
