What Should You Say When You Baptize Someone?

If you've been baptized, most likely, the person who baptized you did so in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. This is how Jesus told His disciples to baptize people in the Great Commission. But Peter baptized the 3000 on the day of Pentecost in "Jesus"' name only. Does it matter?
