If you are asking why Catholics call priests with the title of 'Father', it is because it is apostolic tradition, as seen from the epistles within the same Bible you cite, as well as priests being spiritual guides in the faith, with a fatherlike disposition towards a congregation. That quote is also obviously using 'Father' as a synonym for God Himself, and not you being literally unallowed to call someone father. Do you think you must use a different name for your dad?

The Plastic Paddy I know little of Islam other than the basics I learned during my 10 years working in Turkey. The Bible condones slavery, Exodus 21, and vicarious redemption is at the core of its belief. It's a disgusting book, and anybody who devotes their life promoting it's homophobia, misogynist views, filicide, genocide, infanticide immediately loses my respect.
