Red Carpet Concert: The Carper Family

During the 2016 Alaska Folk Festival, KTOO Public Media, Rusty Recordings, and Gemini Waltz Media collaborated to produce the Red Carpet Concert: Folk Fest Sessions. We hauled a bunch of gear and our red carpet into a tiny room at the Alaskan Hotel, and recorded ten bands in one day. Here is The Carper Family of Austin, Texas (Beth Chrisman on fiddle, Sophia Johnson on guitar, Jenn Miori on guitar, and Melissa Carper on bass) with "Making Memories." Special thanks to the musicians, C.
