    These remain some of the most impressive content on RUclips for those of us interested in the true potential of gcode and macro variable programming on our CNC machines.

    Good to see new content from you! Really like this method of tightening your clamps. Now all you have to do is intagrate your UR robot for part load and unload and you'll be totally lights out operation.

      In addition to the Your proposal, Mr. PieceMaker can, after automatical measuring, and
      change used tools also buy automatical transporting system like this ruclips.net/video/MepHmUw6SM8/видео.html and automatical issuing to the courier and electronic signature. Similar for materials coming to the company.

    Did those DIY wedge clamps work well for you, or have you discovered improvements?

    Really great video, love the sub program calls from within fusion. Shame they don't have a custom cycle function.

      Manny Calavera you don't really need one. There are heaps of ways to achieve it. And this video is one of them.

    I love how you do things. How did you come to the constant 4.1 for your torque approximation? Did you simply do trial and error? Set %, then measure with torque wrench and adjust as needed?

    • @PieceMaker
      @PieceMaker  5 лет назад

      I used a tourqe wrench from 1-10 Nm to calibrate the spindle.

      PieceMaker another follow up question, is there a reason why you didn’t command a G01 within the loop?
      Example: WHILE [[#503 LT 5.0] OR [#504 GE -.15]] DO1
      G01 Z-.0005 F1.2
      #503= #1098 / 4.1
      #504= #504 - .0005
      END1
