Thank you Rachael! What a year this has been, but when I looked into the mirror during this meditation all I could see was me with a big smile on my face. Everything is going to be okay. My recollection of the visions seen during some of your guided meditations this year have given my wrestling teammates plenty to chuckle about: the gnomes at the summer solstice party, and the dolphin-shaped Haribo which popped out of a kaleidoscopic ocean to give me a kiss; dozens of love hearts appeared and popped like soap bubbles. This last vision appeared earlier this year during one of your collaborative meditations with your mates. My spirit animals today included a white tiger, a floppy-eared bunny, an owl, an eagle and white cat which placed its right paw on my hand when it licked my finger.
