@@adebih8126 most of it is water retention, and inflammation his whole body looks fluffy and puffy like he is carrying lots of water. In one of Micheal Todd's vids he went to see some doc who drained a load of fluid from his arm and Mike was complaining his wrists were skinny after, again Mike has always looked puffy and like he is carrying lots of water too.
That entire group does nothing but parrot each other's crap. Their claim to fame is supervising the growing Pradeep/Assreap/Bowen ass hair collection and spewing nonsense wherever possible.

Wrist size has nothing to do with wrist strength, I don't know who made that up! But distinctly remember Cobra Rhodes not having a big wrist, but yet CRACKED the living 💩 outta everyone!
Yeah, the wrist size thing always confused me. If you take a guy who's forearm/bicep/hand is average or for arguments sake, smaller than yours, their wrist 'appears' to be larger. However, your genetically gifted arm/hand (obviously working out contributing to your natural gifts) being the size that it is creates the illusion of having a smaller wrist when in reality as you've pointed out, measured dimensions prove otherwise, cheers.

Hey man. I was not trying to come off offensive about yours and Ben’s match at all. I even stated the reason it slowed down was prob because of him wedging in there, other wise all of the other matches were quick. Also I only stated that it would be a riser vs cup, if both did there normal starting move. I am very sorry if I came off poorly, was not trying to do that. Respect you as a person and athlete.

I watched Rob pull Ben Brooks in person. It wasn’t close. I’ve pulled Ben and he is crazy strong. I think he’d destroy Brandon Allen. Everyone is acting like Rob is a has been when he could be entering his prime in reality. When you see him in person, you understand. RVJ v Bowen and Pradeep!
Ryan calling out Rob's wrist size is just good natured trash talk. It isn't some serious put down or anything. Kind of like when Devon was calling Genadi "baby hands" before their match. When in reality Genadi has quite large hands.

Bowen plays make belief and takes this manifestation into reality too far. Loves the sound of his own voice like Bagent. Now, going into matches injured; how much of that was there? This nonsense has got to stop. Its unethical towards promotions, fans and risks worse injury. Of course often promotions engage in that depravity to use athletes as cash cows and sportsmen oblige because money into the pockets. But it takes the flavor completely out of matches. No one is interested in that.
Bowen is now bending over to Engin like a coward apologising for his live commentary for being allowed to compete in KOTT and EvsW. He is insecure as an armwrestler and wants to feel "empowered and re-enforce his status in pursuit of the world championship title he is constantly talking about like he is in some trance. This talking down on others even if untrue is part of that for him. Mental problems as you mentioned. The sport has clearly become an addiction and fixation for him even at the expense of his stance on live commentary, which he maintained for like half year until now. 180 instant turn into a sellout.
Additionally, the fact of the matter is that literally no one should compete in Engin's or anyones event, that give a platform for steroid users to compete thus enabling their steroid use by providing matches and paying them. Bowen obviously isnt concerned of that because he is a user but you definitely should since you have a stance. Engin in highest likelihood is not going to change his opinion on steroids because then his promotion would literally collapse and he is a very stubborn and egomaniacal and deals with constructive criticism extremely poorly on other points he is objectively wrong about. You RVJ can still compete in other promotions with EvsW athletes that arent enabling this depravity Engin is because not all of them are signed to a restrictive contract AFAI understand and then just REDIRECT your focus towards opponents who are natural, ie. ACTUALLY STRONG. Yes, there are other natural EvsW athletes, like Sedis, Matyushenko...
You have good opportunity here to influence the leagues you have been / will go to like Knuckles Up and ArmGods because they are still small leagues and will listen to your advice on the direction towards a natural league and what steps to take in terms of testing, honor system, athlete history and SO ON...
Like you already know, steroid users = fake strength, fake results. How can wins against users then even count or be meaningful?? You dont in reality know if they actually are / were a quality opponent or not. Anyone can hop on gear. Not everyone has the genetics to shine through, which many people have a real difficulty accepting and then fall to gear use to get into the mix and have their ego stroken. That is all that these major promotions are, "fine" on the surface but rotten inside. Don't support them. If you have any counter points I'm open to hear it.

Maybe not using PED’s is the reason that your wrists aren’t 9”. Tendons can be thick and strong in 7” wrists if trained for a long enough and the right way (and naturally). I like Ryan have have trained with him, but without PED’s he’d probably weigh somewhere between the 80 or so kgs he started pulling at and his current weight. With proportional sized wrists.

Well to be fair this match with Sasho if that’s what you are referring to was off because of Covid and four weeks or so before it went back on, and Neil begged me to do it as the main event so it’s not really a disrespect as it was very last minute for me, and no gyms were open and no practices were happening or anything over here in the states at that time
