Im not gonna lie, even tho I listen to ASMR I have never gotten a tingle before but it does sooth me and my anxiety and ear blowing/ear eating/ ear massages/ ear rubbing/ear cleaning those all have always soothed me the most and helped calm my nerves and worries…..especially those nights where anxiety strikes you and its the kind you dont even know what your anxious about so you get even more anxious because your anxious of the unknown if that makes sense….anyways DTL like I said during your livestream your asmr has always helped me rest and knock out to where I can sleep so keep up the amazing work

And since i have the immunity now, i just listen to it as background noise. It was nice while it lasted. At least it got me through the almost sleep less nights at highschool.
Avoid certain triggers (especially ones you are receptive too) or just stop outright for awhile, listen to music or non asmr background conversation instead. Immunity isn't really a permanent, you're just overstated and need to let your mind recharge. I have periods of immunity sometimes and just moving my focus elsewhere so I can come back to it helps keep it fresh.
