In factories bolts are tightened with Pneumatic guns. Workers do it in hurry to match production speed. While doing that coatings get chipped off sometimes and steel gets exposed to atmosphere and gets rusted. Go to SP road and buy the same size SS (stainless steel) Allen screws and change them. It will never get rusted. All mfrs use cold forged fasteners. They get zinc plating or passivation.

All bikes OEM have dropped the build quality bro, Nan xpulse ge I had to get the chassis and swing arm both under warranty, Making the service center people understand that it was rusting was very traumatic

Bro I guess you paid more than 3 lakh ,,each item used in a product is matter ,,even nut bolts ,screw are also matters .
Customer should tell defects as it is , should not tolerate. Other wise manufacturer never consider there faults.
