She cooked a small amount of it in a cast iron skillet before she added it to the other ingredients (butter,, sugar, Pet milk etc) to make that beautiful, delicious caramel icing. What's your take on the ranges of butter?

I watched your old caramel icing video. I suck at making buttercream frostings and such but that recipe worked so good. Are there any similar recipe for other flavours. Buttercream just looks and tastes just not right when I make it. And is there any way to adjust ingredient quantity to make less quantity of frosting for this one

The icing needs more sugar. You can soften the icing with white karo syrup.

If you cooked it long enough it shoud set up. Search my Blck Walnut icing video and you will see how it worked out there. My arm is a little batter!
