I’ve been so into this game for the last few days! It’s also great to have some games to play plugged in and chilling on a couch for a few hours as a change up from standing up for intense active Pop:One rounds

I miss the irl footage from you guys playing, that always made me feel so grounded and like I was part of Node's gaming.
Since it's still the Pandemic Times, I think it might be hard to get that footage. Once the channel and the world are back in a better place, I bet we'll see it again.
There's still a pandemic going on, so they can't really do that as easily.
Ngl this is one of my favorite node videos ever made and I’ve been around for 4 years and have watched almost every video put out by node.

I believe that D is the greatest at what he does. Nobody can run a gaming youtube channel as well as D. I'm sure many of you nerds will agree with me. Damn, what a privilege it is to have him back on Node with all the support that Corridor can offer.

This concept coupled with a powerful editor for custom game modes and such would be insane.
I got to check this game out on the weekend. It's really fun! Pretty much everything I've wanted in a VR tabletop simulator.

A couple things I personally enjoy about Demeo. This is from a Sorcerer mains view.
The range on most arrow, and magic cards are based on sight. If you can see them, you can hit them.
Gas Lamps slowly spread. And, can be lit by a fireball, or fire elemental attack.
So yeah great game. I recommend all tabletop guys to get it. Simple Yet revolutionary on VR.
D's nerd statement in the intro hit a little bit too close to home
Really hoping you guys can climb back up to where you were. Not uploading for awhile definitely hurt the channel - but that wasn't anyone's fault. Just gotta stay on that content grind.

A sandbox mode that let's people make their own adventures is absolutely a must for this game.
Can't wait to start hopefully seeing some in person footage alongside the captured footage of the guys playing like in the old school node videos!

D is a HeroQuest fan? Mad respect. I grew up with a copy of HeroQuest my parents played with their friends and I have very fond memories of the game, and I think it's what eventually got me into D&D!

oh shit dude, heroquest was the first (and only unfortunately) set i owned as a kid. i remember the wizard guy o the DM separator thingy. holy shit. that takes me back. I'm an artist, so my mum gt it for me, not cuz i wanted to playit, but cuz i really wanted to get into painting the figures cuz they looked so cool. especially liked the look of the chunky warhammer stuff. but my i liked fantasy too so my mum got me this. suffice to say the paints suuucked, so my figures came out terrible, and i never owned another board again and went straight back to videogames, but damn. thanks for the memories of owning that game man. it all came flooding back. the chunky knights, and the skeletons with the scythes. the cardboard doors that went in the plastic stands, and them damn book cases that you slid the card into the top of, but they never really stay flush at the side, and that coffin. and the little dwarf guy was badass lookin. takes me back man. since watching son of a dungeon, i went and watched old node DnD vids, and have actually been really enjoying these games. i may have to find somewhere to actually play a game or 5.

You guys need to check out Dungeon Full Dive, it's like this but full-on DnD. Completly custom levels or prebuilt modules, first-person view, character creatures, the full thing. It's currently on Kickstarter.
Hero Quest & Space Crusade - brings back memories
Imagine VR Arma where you can turn it from an RTS to an FPS, or a DnD VR where the DM can control enemies and PCs see through their model's eyes
This is like XCOM meets dungeon quest meets gauntlet and I love it. I hope they make it for us non-vr players too!
I bought it! The quick play mode was so fun, dropping into a dungeon with a random encounter in progress, saving the rogue character with the key and clearing the last boss by the skin of our teeth, it was great

I got hero quest from my older brother when i was about 10. He missed to paint the little monster and heroes so i did it and some of my wholesome memories.

I've enjoyed watching the VR scene, but I haven't really been motivated to join it. Until now. This looks like so much fun! Great potential, especially if they open it to a steam workshop-style thing.

I played a game of this last night on my Quest 2 and it was such a blast. The three ransoms and i had some issues with some bugs and what not but it was so much fun and gave me a massive nostalgia trip.
I look forward to what more the developers add to the game as it's a bit lacking in terms of tileset and variance but I highly recommend.

I've never played them, but these tabletop games seem like a really great thing to transfer over to VR.
I think I'm gonna try a VR project, after I get done with the couple I'm working on now (I'm a software dev). These tabletop games are kinda interesting but I don't have any knowledge about them. Need to think of a good project to do in VR.
