    Chicken Cheesy Crepes Recipe!
    Ingredients:
    For the Chicken Filling:
    - Chicken cubes (boneless) 1/2 kg
    - Shan tandoori masala 1.5 tbsp
    - Salt 1 tsp or to taste
    - Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    - Yogurt 3 tbsp
    - Oil 2 tbsp
    - Green chilli 1 tbsp, finely chopped
    - Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
    - Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    - Onion 1, finely chopped
    - Bell pepper (optional) , finely chopped
    - Green coriander - 2 tbsp, chopped
    For the Crepes:
    - Eggs 2
    - Milk 1 cup
    - Water 3/4 cup
    - Salt 1/2 tsp
    - All-purpose flour 1 & 1/4 cups
    - Oil 2 tbsp
    Toppings:
    - Cheese (your choice) shredded
    - Chilli flakes
    - Dried parsley
    Process:
    Prepare the Chicken Filling:
    1. Marinate the chicken with Shan tandoori masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, and yogurt for half an hour.
    2. In a pot, heat 2 tbsp oil and add the marinated chicken. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
    3. Add 3-4 tbsp of water, cover, and cook until the chicken is tender.
    4. Add the green chilli, cumin powder, lemon juice, onion, and bell pepper (if using). Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
    5. Stir in the green coriander and let the mixture cool slightly.
    6. Add cheese of your choice and mix well.
    Prepare the Crepes:
    1. Whisk all crepe ingredients together to get a runny consistency.
    2. Heat a frying pan and brush it with oil. Pour 1/3 cup of crepe batter into the pan, cooking until light brown spots on both sides.
    Assemble the Crepes:
    1. Place the chicken mixture in the center of the crepe and fold from all four sides to enclose the filling.
    2. Top with additional cheese, chili flakes, and parsley.
    3. Place the crepe back in the frying pan, cover, and heat on low flame until the cheese melts.
