Well, someone else in the comments mentioned how they were able to do the same thing using fake flowers. I imagine if you had glue or ribbon to hold the fake stems together, you could construct a crown. There are plenty of RUclips tutorials that show how to make crowns out of fake flowers. Just check it out!
