The song Aashiqui hai bazi tash ki is actually remake of Mon haariye beghore... Not the song from Bengali movie awara... Aur zinda rehke kya karu gaane ka hindi music director bhi jeet gannguli hi hai.... Please check the facts first..... And this practice is very much normal, even this was done by also S D Burman, R D Burman, Bappi Lahiri... First they composed songs for bengali movies and albums then they remade it in hindi.... Not only that even lot of south indian music directors also did this... It's a very normal practise
