My abuela used to tell me for years that if you have two mirrors facing each other, or a mirror facing your bed……it can almost create like a portal or a vortex for spirits to travel through. So if you can, maybe take like an extra sheet or something to cover up the mirror for whenever you’re sleeping, and maybe get some crystals to bring in some positive vibes, and light into your room.
