Anyone who has dive deep into Bandori last year will probably know that it was a very tough year for Roselia, with the retirement of Yurishii (VA of Imai Lisa) and Akeshan (VA of Rinko). It was a turbulent time full of up and down. The period of terror from not knowing where the rest of the member will go, the emotional parting of the beloved member, the courage to keep moving forward, and the bond that won’t fade away. This is a story of Roselia last year, and this song: Kiseki , is the best representation of that experience in my opinion.
Thus, in contrast to Kizuna Music in which I tried to be as close as the original song as possible, I go out of my way with this arrangement added many things in order to reflect Roselia’s story, as their journey is one emotional roller coaster, a story of subtle character growth, a story of hardship and cry of determination. I want to make this piano cover good enough to represent and pay respect to them. The determined band that has inspired so many people including me.
This arrangement in a way represents a culmination of my piano arranging skill, as I gave it my all and used almost every technique I’ve learned into this, whether it would be a 3 hand technique, a warm chord voicing, the harmonic reharmonization, to the key change into a big climatic final chorus. I also made an ending based upon the opening theme, I want to portray that Roselia have a happy and bittersweet ending, that they can keep moving forward knowing that their bonds that they’ve forged will never end.
It is a shame that I only have approximately a week to practice and record before I have to move to a different town (which of course means no piano) to study about community medicine and health system for 3 weeks starting tomorrow. This recording is far from perfect, full of silly mistakes, but it’s the best I could do with the time and energy that I have. And I hope that you guys will enjoy this cover, mistakes and all.

I am literally speechless at how good it is.

This is literally the most Animenz-like arrangement I have ever heard. 10/10. would subscribe again.

Bang Dream! is such a great franchise that it is a shame that not many people cover it. I hope that through this project of mine, there will be a "library" of Bang Dream! piano sheet and that Bang Dream! will be recognized more and more.

Aside from that comment, this cover has a big repertoire of techniques, good job mane. I just had to click on this video the moment I saw Roselia in the title
this is so beautiful and i love this interpretation of it!! the ending chorus was so different from the first two and it was just so heartwarming yet tearjerking at the same time because it really reminded me of how roselia started out, in real life, as a professional band that stayed true to their standards for the most part and in the end they ended up letting go of two members but they continue to move forward ,, each song they now make having a new twist and theyve just gone so far from where they started. this piano piece/cover is truly a significant reminder of that and thank you for contributing to the piano and bang dream community with this.

Ahh, I finally got around to listening to your arrangement of Kiseki!!! Ahhhhh, I've definitely been putting it off because I knew it would be full of a lot of emotions haha. After listening to it I definitely think that you pulled off the representation of the array of emotions that represent this song and what this song means. Definitely got lots to say regarding this and the emotions you've brought in your playing!! Starting off with that reminiscent piano melody. I really like the little harmonies added that give it warmth. Your arrangements and playing always have this "full" sound which make everything feel like it all comes together rather than just being distant notes. The care of each note is heard and the fluidity of your playing is admirable. Emotions definitely are there when it gets to the verse section and those vocal melodies. Goshh. The little dynamic bits are added at the right phrases and really add to the already present emotion. Then approaching the first chorus. Omggggggggggggggg, my heart. I cannot. All these notes really just surround you and you get lost in all these harmonies. It's so gorgeous and makes me smile and want to cry at the same time ahhhhhhh. The transition into the second verse is smooth and honestly listening to this gave me lots and lots of chills. Love the movement that's continued with the eighth note runs, which are gorgeous and give that beautiful harmony. Everything continues to grow and that does well to represent Roselia's journey. Always changing yet still keeping that same passion and love.
THE DYNAMICS THEN GROW TO TRANSITION INTO THE CHORUS AGAIN, which is perfect and keeps the emotion and power going. The passion in here is very present, giving life to what's being played. GOSH THEN THE BRIDGE SECTION COMES. This might be just me but hearing that part in pure piano is so phenomenal and adds to the power of the song. The end of the bridge into the chorus is sooooo gorgeous. Lots of chills. I adore songs where after the bridge the chorus plays but is more exposed and has less instruments going on. You captured that feeling really well. Then for it to grow and the lower bassline coming back. Ahhh then the rubato bits
Not gonna lie man, manly tears were shed after I read your comment ;__; It just feels like all the hard work paid off big time, and I couldn't be happier! This is the first time someone analyze my cover to this extends!
It is as you said, I believe there is always something to be told in every song, whether it would be a story behind the song, the struggle during its creation process, the sweat and tears that went into create one piece of art. It's all relatable and inspiring to me.
I really like music, I really like anime, and I really like Bang Dream! I wholeheartedly believe that this franchise has a great stories and characters we can learn from, the journey that they go through is the one that can affects and inspires us. I want to create something that pay respect and appreciation to that, I want to create something that help can help expand the franchise and the community, I want to create something to show my love for the story that affects me and many others. If this little project of mine can help expand the franchise in someway, and help pushing the community forward, then I couldn't be happier!

I found your channel way too late and im sad to hear that you won’t be producing anymore videos after this ;; i cried the moment that powerful chorus hit . Thank you for creating this wonderful composition. I’ve just started to learn the piano a few months ago and hearing such delicate emotions conveyed into the piano really makes me motivated to learn better and be as good as you . Thank you for the videos and i do hope you will manage to find time to play the piano in the future .

This is such a beautiful arrangement I cried listening to this thinking of the actual characters themselves and the story of Roselia's seiyuu. Great job on this and I'm really glad that you decided to cover a lot of Bang Dream's songs. I'm not sure if you take suggestion but it'd be great if you can cover a softer version of Determination Symphony. I loved the story of Hina and Sayo a lot and kinda want to see how a more light-hearted, more acoustic-feels of the song would turn out but there hasn't been any acoustic piano cover of the song yet. Anyway hope you all doing safe during this time.

what should i say this arrangement is in my opinion high quality, i love everything in there, there are so many techniques my fav part is probably the build up into the last chorus and also the 3rd technique is insane overall a amazing arrangement 10/10 xD cant wait to hear the next one !

2:37 though, you execute it so well, like I've always been wondering if it's too much for people to do 3 hand tech while maintaining the dynamics between RH and LH like that on a fast song.

Also, I've always adore your chord utilization. Modifying the chord from the original It's not something that I'm really capable of. Yet, you always do whenever the chance shows itself.
Thanks man! Reharmonzation skill can comes from composition, since when you composer a lot, you'll generally get the sense of "which chord progression will evoke the emotion that I got" as I've gotten into composing this past year, it really helps me with harmonies as well as musical directions.
As for the three hand tech, this particularly passage is not that hard, mainly because there is no nasty syncopation, and the hand aren't move rapidly ( it tends to stay in one place)
The hardest 3 hand techniques I've tried to play is with out a doubt the second verse of Aoi Tori arrangement by Pianeet, that shit drives me nuts lol.

Well you weren't lying when you said this arrangement would be the pinnacle of your piano journey/experience. Very technical, great work on harmonies and multi-voicing, very good mastery of the dynamics, etc...
I sincerely hope I'll be able to play this one day, but I still have plenty of work to do to reach this technical level haha...
Also playing such a difficult piece without interruption must be very complicated, I guess it took many takes but the result really is worth it!
