The St. Ignace car show every June in St. Ignace, Michigan and the Woodward Dream Cruise every August which is a multi city event.

This isn't the Fall Rod Run, it's called Shades Of The Past. Fall Rod Run isn't until next weekend.
I've been going to this car show since 1995. It has gotten bigger every year. It's so much fun to walk around and see all these cars and trucks. The swap meet was in a field until a few years ago and then they moved it to Dollywood's Splash Country. It's still a huge success. Thanks to the City of Pigeon Forge and The Shades of the Past organizers for making this a big event each year.
My dad used to take me to this every year and I miss it! Thanks for documenting Adam!

There’s something about old automobiles that brings you back to an era when they were designed on a drawing board by a guy with his sleeves rolled up and smoking a cigarette. And when it was quitting time he was at a bar drinking a couple of martinis. No computers needed.

I like cars and Pigeon Forge but Rod Run is a pain in the ass.
The best part with an old car or truck is as you fix it up...you get to learn as you go...ATW! BTW....that old paint and rust look is called patina....or unrestored look...like a sleeper is a car all hopped up...but looks norml.....alot of money and time in those old classics....a fun hobby indeed...next to taxidermy🐷🐷🐽🐷🐽🐷🐽🐷🐽

Oh wow this is something to add to my list of must sees. Used to go to the classic car cruises in London when I was younger so this is right up my street. Cannot beat the burble of an old V8 engine & the lure of chrome & white wall tyres 🥰🥰🥰

I enjoyed the cars with funny sayings. My church drove to Georgia to a vintage car show. It was very big and lots of cars. It takes two days just to check out every car.

I absolutely love this kind of video! Thank you for sharing! I love seeing all of those classics and Rat Rods. Those rate rods are awesome examples of ingenuity, engineering, and personal tastes. I have a 1967 Mustang Convertible Resto Mod that is "almost" done. I say "almost" because they are never truly done. I love going to local shows and talking to the old-timers about their cars. Their eyes light up when they talk about them too. Thanks again!

Oh wow, there’s something so beautiful about the classic American cars. My dad use to collect and renovate American cars, he in the UK and he would swap and change them and we were so lucky to get to ride in so many amazing cars.
My dream car is a 1957 Plymouth Fury (from Stephen Kings Christine) id love to own one.

Love old car cruises! I myself have a '65 Mustang. You can have a seat behind the wheel anytime 😂. There are a lot of rules in the car community with shows. This weekend here in Michigan at Greenfield Village for example is America's oldest running Antique car show. They only allow early autos in the show. But Father's day weekend they have Motor Muster which is for the classic cars. But they have to be original not modified. But there is also the Woodward Dream Cruise which allows muscles cars & hot rods that are modified. They really don't take to kindly to foreign made modern cars. But some cruises like the Telegraph Cruise or the Downriver Cruise in my experience didn't have all the rules like Woodward. Woodward Cruise however is such a big deal that they televise it.

My cousin is there this weekend. He buys and rebuilds old cars. We're from across the mountain in Franklin NC.
