@Chip Eckardt - We thought the same thing but didn't have any grommets at the time. Given this will be a static installation and no vibrations we felt it would suffice. Thanks for watching!
You need to make at least a few spare fuses, now. I would hate to think of anyone going all over town trying to find the replacement fuses, not knowing they were custom made.
the only think I might do would be to put rubber grommets around the holes you cut where the wires come thru to the solar inverter. I would just worry about a sharp spot possibly cutting into the wire. I know you filed down burs just an added bit of protection. Otherwise I love it.
We looked and looked and just did not have any grommets that would fit and allow the wire through. There is no vibration in this use so we should be OK. We'll keep an eye on things of course. :)
This club gets my vote for Club of the Year - amazing projects, teamwork and technical prowess. Wow!
Excellent again. The only thing I would have done different is to put rubber grommets where the power lines run through the faceplate.

Great knowledge transfer from Don AC4DM to the Ham Community. Another great video from Brian KY4BDP and Chris KY4CKP.

Great video and great project. Very well done, all neat and tidy. Please engrave some nice labels to finish it off in a professional manner.
