I'm just getting into Mtn biking and bought a Stumpjumper alloy. I'm a big guy at 6'4", 275lbs. Would it be worth upgrading my front and rear shocks?

It's a shame, but I don't like the build at all... the beautiful copper stumpjumper comes so calmly, but the FSA components with the bold logos and forged carbon seem out of place. Why on earth combine a SRAM brake (which is superfluous here anyway) with Shimano discs and the guys, the custom Fox decal has matt background but the fork itself is glossy…
You can make it better!
I'm very happy with the look at this build. It's not possible to please all the people all the time though

And it was so relaxing to watch here in Switzerland, even though there is a storm raging outside I was so relaxed and in awe 😁
Therapeutic to watch, but painful to do it yourself. Bleeding, routing, & derailleur setting are the most back-breaking ones. Wheel building & cockpit setup are the most enjoyable ones.

Super vélo, mais pour éviter de faire couler le dot 4 sur le maître cylindre il faut fermer la durite avec le petit fermoir rouge sur la durite de la seringue.
