I’m so upset… did an Instacart order and it was so bad, I had to cancel it. Customer was very inconsiderate knowing that it the weekend of Christmas and store are busy. If you want it, get it yourself.

Was kinda annoyed because it was an $80 order according to the restaurant receipt and an "extra items" order so I realized it was probably a zero tip but it was vaguely in a direction I wanted to go so I just did it as quick as possible. Customer gave me all the extra good comment things and a $5, doubling the value. Lol. Saved my hourly tonight. I guess you never know--there are those rare no tippers who do actually tip as long as service is decent.
Shout out to that gas station you guys get your coffee from. It's neat, clean perfect and look at all the creamer choices! I mean, shout out to that staff!

i been seeing the same problem when ordering meat from stop & shop on instacart recently, the shopper just set it as a replacement and i got the ground beef for the price of some watermelon lol
The smirnoff mini bottles in the alcohol delivery probably threw the customer off. If you look at the specifications it says 10 x 50ml. 5:08 The customer probably thought that meant she was getting 10 of the mini bottles, even though it only told you to get one and the price was only 2.99$. 10 x 50ml would make me think its 10 50ml bottles, but the price only being 2.99$ clearly means only 1 bottle. Instacart’s info on these items can be very misleading.
It was kinda of rude that you felt the “no tip” customer doesn’t deserve a quality shop and you ended up getting a Hugh tip. All customers deserve great service, maybe next time don’t take a no tip order.
I think Lou and Mary actually went out of their way to try and get what the shopper wanted. They didn't HAVE to take that order they had another order they could have taken but they chose to do this 1.
In a way, if it's not worth it to you, don't take it. Even some no tips that have been on the board for awhile can go to $15 for only a couple miles and a few items which is a good deal.
They took a ton of time trying to find the right bread and get a sub for a steak, are you joking? Make it sound like they got rotten fruit and expired milk....smh.

I was out on DD and UE from 7AM-3PM yesterday, off from my 9-5. Had to leave my main zone at 1...it was sooo much traffic and no worth it.

I got tip baited on IC. $8 batch with a $2.89 tip. They took away the tip after delivery, found all the 13 items. This was Christmas Eve. Scumbags
