Pop Up Parade is an amazing line. Too bad the quality is not very consistent. The ones from nekoparas are great, but Kotoko Iwanaga was so bad. These look great tho.
@@mikekorean5687 It's great for the price. With figures you get what you pay for, and for only $35-40, PuP has always been very good. Most other figures for that price have atrocious paint jobs and sculpts
Yeah, I have chocolate cat girl ( nekopara) and her painting was so bad and missing hair ear piece as well, I have to contact with the company and sent me a replacement for her. Pop up parade dont have a good quality control I think.
Kagome is not that good too compared to the rest of the Inuyasha's cast. All the nekopara and Inuyasha characters have an amazing quality (except kagome...)
@@crimsonwolf9876 In my opinion the Coreful line is still better than PUP in terms of the quality per dollar. I have both the Goutubun PUP and Coreful, and I much prefer the coreful line. Way cheaper too.
I'm not sure if this problem is exclusive to mine but for some reason the hexagon pegs of the base to not match up with her feet, and because of this I cannot attach it to her without running the risk of bending damage
Are you saying that the holes in the base seem more distant than her feet? If so, it happens with other figurines, especially POPUPs. I think this is normal and by spreading the character's legs just a little, her feet will fit with the base.
Hey Good Smile Company, can you tell us why popups are advertised as All 3900 yen, but Pekora AND Miko’s popups have been 4900? 🤔 Would to not see this trend for HoloMyth too… y’all know we are willing to bleed our wallets for these girls and it kinda feels like getting taken advantage of, when I (to my knowledge) haven’t seen any other popups that price.
It could be due to trademark rights. In the sense that Hololive might have asked for a bigger margin on the sale price, so it had to be increased. But these are only hypothesis.
They are $40 figures. These actually look like ok quality for what you usually get at that price point. I very much doubt these will be any different than what you will get. These tend to have crappy quality control so if yours comes with defects contact support as soon as possible.
They're not scale figures, they're less than 4k yen. You also need to keep in mind that a lot of the tiny flaws you see when they zoom in super close you won't be able to see when you look at them in real life from a normal distance
@@Kyuupire still, pop up parade paint quality is pretty inconsistent. A lot of prize figure lines go for ~$20 and have better quality. Its a reasonable complaint
@@Kyuupire I own some Sega prize figures that I bought for ~$15USD shipping included, and they have better painting than these. Hopefully the ones shown are early samples, and they get improved when shipped to customers.
@@diazlocochon7783 Yes but not good enough imo. The bases are lame, I have cheaper figures with better detail and more attractive bases. She's like... Fine but as much as people say 50 bucks is cheap, it isn't, and fine isn't enough for 50 bucks.
For those who order Nekomata Okayu careful when you open her box. Her Ahoge will fall off if you don't handle her right
Mine was already detached in the box (new). I haven't opened it yet, but I'll see if it snaps back on easily (hopefully). 😓🙏
I like how the bases for these are a simple white. I feel like a lot of the time the colors picked for Pop Up Parade bases aren’t the best.
the painting quality is not good at all...

I want Genshin Impact Pop Up Parade please make them, so I can add them to my collection 😇🥰 (Ganyu?)
It's too many details on her costume to make a pop up. The quality of this line especially in color is very cheap for genshin:(

Okayu before Korone?! How could you
Okayu best girl, so of course!
