I used to be a Christian, but it didn't make sense that someone else could die for my sins, not to mention the unfalsifiable stories in the Christian Bible. Now, I spend my time watching videos like these, Billy Carson, Dr Joe Dispenza and numerous esoteric studies. Even the Jewish rabbis say to just be a good gentile. I'm stretching and exercising, reading, writing and meditating to be a better person. I believe God is a frequency that we need to dial into and this will evolve us and those around us. Atonement was a later addition due to the writers of the Christian Bible wondering why their "messiah" was killed. If he was killed, then their king and kingdom would not come. Then someone had an idea that he'll return to complete the prophecies in Isaiah. All that resurrection ideology is unfalsifiable.

We must learn to feel Love by our positive thinking, speaking, acting, and then really working on feeling it with our positive emotions. I listen to vibration meditations each morning to to learn how to do this and to practice doing it. As we do this we will be able to raise our vibrations to feel a joy, peace and love that we never thought possible. I now feel better throughout my day and I am beginning to feel alive and in love again after years of believing the negativity that pervades our world. But it is as simple as making a decision to change it through listening, watching and reading positive everything. That is where it begins! Thank you for this video!

I deeply believe it work only if you must be very calm peaceful and concentrated after a a deep breadth and meditate the air is coming down from the center of the head going down like the blood with yout breadth travelling downhead .two side of neck vein shoulder back .when your reach the pained part stay with more energy by breathing harder until the eliment stuck at the pained part runs thro.the pain vanish.
