eLandjamaica | How to Conduct a Parcel Search

eLandjamaica’s Parcel Search allows you to locate parcels using a valuation number, volume and folio number, street or scheme address.
If you wish to conduct a parcel search please do the following steps:
Step 1:
• Click on the magnifying glass icon located at the top right hand corner of your screen. This will open the search bar. The default search will be the Title Search Option.
• Select Parcel.
Step 2:
• Click in the circle next to your preferred search method.
• Enter the relevant details in the space provided and then press search.
Step 3:
• The map will then zoom in to an area showing the result of the search. The parcel will also be highlighted.
• A box will appear to the left of the screen with parcel information and a “Buy Button” which will give you the opportunity to purchase any document available for the parcel.
• The parcel information and a downloadable excel file are also accessible in the table displayed at the lower half of the screen.
