Yeah it does make difference in mid range due to the vtec crossover being lower than stock. You can download the group n map to the car from the flashpro and vtec is set to 3800,so its alot more power lower in the revs.
Flashpro is better with a custom tune though so if you do have cat back and intake I think there's a few people who have had 220 or there abouts mate.
Yeah get rid of your 1.8t mate and get a type R - they are great cars.

Yeah cool. Was it expensive? I have been told that its not a good idea to have the group n map on the car too long and to get it custom tuned. If you get it custom tuned can that map be saved and reload the stand map back on if required

Does the flashpro change how the car drives now. I have heard that with flashpro, cat back and intake you can get 220bhp but better mid range. Im in the process of buying an fn2 got 1.8t remapped but type r is so much fun.

Cool that will be my first mod but just got to find a type r now. Is there anything i should look out for engine wise before buying a type r

Group n map is safe mate only thing thats dif to stock is rev limit up to 8600 and vtec down to 3800 and a few changes to cam angles to allow for vtec crossover change but all fueling is the same. There are two ways of getting a tune and they are either an etune by vtiviper where you send datalogs to him and he sends back new ones until you are both happy(meant to take up to 20-30 logs) it cost around£100 but supposed to be realy good!!! or a rr tune which cost around £300 the up side to that is you get it done on the day and see your actual bhp(this is what i am going to do)
yeh the map will be saved so you can take it off and put it to stock if you want.
