What is a Monthly Q&A Community Builder Livestream?
Once a month, Andreas answers community questions on anything related to Bitcoin, Ethereum, the Lightning Network, really anything related to open blockchains. Thanks for this. Based on some good advice I received, I concentrate on how many BTC's or Satoshis I have or can buy. Not so much the price.
What a great and thoughtful message! I would add that by doing interesting things, widening your network, and learning new skills, you increase your value to society as a whole which is a much more stable way to grow than to just focus on the monetary value of the assets that you hold. Much love
What's more important than price is how decentralization will reshape social structures, not going offline and making friends, fuck that discrimination/bullying against people who prefer a solitary life. Been seen this on the rise in crypto. Toxic positivity. Don't dictate what's good ways to live one's life as a general truth when it's what works for you.

Bitcoin is absolutely for everyone.
Also, price is important because it is a reflection of adoption and usage. The more people use and own Bitcoin the higher the price on euro and dollar.
The higher the price and the more people own Bitcoin, the less volatile it gets.
Eventually, when the biggest part of the world uses / owns Bitcoin, the price in euro and dollars will stabilize enough to use as a daily money.

Why is everyone obsessed with the price of Bitcoin? It's obvious: it's the only property comparable with the best real estate. Why such a thing would _not_ be something to pay attention to? I honestly don't understand your point, Andreas. It doesn't mean that the person ignores everything else, but a good piece of property is always worth paying attention to. What's so exotic about that all of a sudden?

can you make a video discussing your thoughts on project hamilton? This is the single most terrifying thing facing all of us right now, whether in bitcoin or crypto or not, yet I haven't seen a single big audience evangelist or educator even mention it. In particular what you think it means for bitcoin itself and web3 and the time frame you think it will take for it to be implemented (it will be implemented, no need for us to speculate whether anyone in power will try to stop the fed).

Off topic. One thing I would like to know is when the great de-correlation of cryptocurrencies when they will start being valued based on fundamentals instead of all being correlated to the value of Bitcoin.

All crypto is a ponzi, but good job on making a good video.
the head of Blackrock and other big institutions are now pushing for bitcoin ETFs. so maybe they dont need bitcoin, but they realised many others will and hence ETF to make money. Is this good or bad for decentralization? that way, it will always be an asset, but not a currency ?
They are forced now to participate to a free world 🤣
The economic bottom people might need it, But they are not able to invest long term.
And in the short term , Bitcoin can make you a lot more poor.
