I didn't even see the jutting out portions of the bookcase lol. I was just confused where people kept getting the cosmetics in a public lobby I was in. Ended up getting a tome of unlearning from the second chest.

The third one I got from climbing over the shop and jumping on the tree then walking along the branch to the ledge
