Yay guys, welcome back. Hazel is so cute, love how she just trots along behind you, her little legs going flat out, she looks so happy. There is never too much doggy spam btw.
👏👏👏Yaheeee you guys are back🎉missed you loving little Hazel she completes your little family💕So glad you made it off the track without the mud and rain 🌧️ I’m still traumatised from the last time you did that track 🫣safe travels 💕💕🍻🍻
Hey guys great to see you back. I know it must be a lot of work filming and editing etc. but you do bring a lot of joy to so many with your travels. Thanks for this week’s content most enjoyable. Look forward to what you have install for us with your next video until then take care of yourselves.
What a Lovely surprise to wake up too, great to see you back and to have Hazel with you is fantastic, love all the content in this video, keep on keeping on.❤️👏👏👏👏
Missed being able to catch up via your videos, haha !!! You guys are the best & Hazel is the cutest travelling pup EVER. We love you guys (from a faraway cold land) xxxx
Hey guys great to see you back looking forward to your new lap 😂 make sure you get receipt for fuel because if you get a bad batch and you have to claim on insurance you need to prove where you got and what fuel you got just a heads up saw another youtuber got dirty fuel he didn't get receipt to prove where he got the fuel and insurance wouldn't cover fixing cost so he had to go back to the fuel station and lucky they gave him a receipt so be careful everybody out there 😂
Love the Oodnadatta track. Fav camp is at the bridge. You have to do the track up the Finke (old Ghan) to Alice. Some great camping spots along the track. Also Dalhousie is amazing! Hope you can visit there soon.
Wow our kids remembered they have a youtube channel 😂😂😂😂 Welcome back you two we really missed you and we love the edition of Hazel We did the Oodnadatta in December/Jan this year and yes everything is closed apparently because nobody travels in summer so the plus point for us was there was nobody out there. The art is amazing and its a Volkswagen engine and gearbox used for the body of the sculpture. We took our time on the track visiting as much as possible and sorry you were rushing the highlight for me on that track was Peake its amazing out there. We had a blast. Awesome video thanx guys. Cheers Johnny&Rene
Nice Vid guys. Add 10% kero to your diesel heater tank and that will get rid of the excessive smoke. I had the same problem with mine here in Tassie a few months back. Diesel apparently goes "sticky" after prolonged periods of time. The kero loosens the gummed up bits and allows free flowing fuel. I now add 10% kero every few months. Safe travels.
I was going to mow the lawn 😳🤷♂️ but you 3 are on 👏😀Hazel is in for a treat this trip. 🧸🐶 With the Heater smoking, if you run it on the highest setting of 10 to 15 minutes just before you turn it off it gets rid on the rubbish in the heater. 🤓👍
Hi Guys - cute little dog! How will you tackle national parks with her? Curious what tyres you are on the ute and what fuel consumption you are getting towing that taller van now.
You must have gone through a few days after us. We were locked down for 2 days 20km north of Williams Creek, because track shut down from rain.We sat on 70kmh with our 6.5m Crusader Musketeer. Aren’t you happy you had stone guard?
Another awesome episode guys, we feel really bad for interrupting your filming twice 🤦🏻♀️☺️ sorry, but we’re greatful you took the time to have a chat 😁, we hope hazel has now settled into van life 🐕 you did the right thing high tailing it early the Oodnadatta got closed to William creek the next day. Ryan I think is now scarred for life over those pink buggie smugglers Jake 🤣🤣 those springs were so cold to get out of that night.. Hope you had the best time at finke and enjoy your travels 😊
We like watching your videos. Wanted to warn you of the 1080 baits. Know of someone recently that lost their little dog on the Oonadatta when they stopped for a quick pee break. Happy and safe travels
That felt like so rushed guys shame about the weather. You’ve got to go again and do it properly. Sorry about the damage to the van. Perhaps a stone stamper would have been ideal
How do you get the drone to work way out in the never, never when there is no GPS for your cell phone or towers to receive a signal for satellite service? Or are you running the drone on some other method?
@adventureunlimited My DJI phantom 3 required my cell phone to be attached to the control. I had to download the DJI app, which in turn over heated my cell phone.
@@Tom-ce8ib Most of the newer drones need the DJI app but not phone reception. The latest ones have a stand alone remote that doesn't attach to your phone.
Very surprised at the lack of underbody protection tank insulation etc. Why did they use plastic fittings not brass and why did they run the pipes like not a right angle fitting. Vibration would snap those fittings - a total lack of thought overall.
Unfortunately, we had to get rid of the tinny due to weight restrictions! 😢 Hopefully we will get something sorted by the time we get to Ningaloo!! So don’t worry, another boat may be in the horizon! 😍
Came through there late 80’s. We stop and jumped in pool. It was free and only had a board walk. No buildings or people around for as far as one could see. Came back through two yrs ago and was disgusted at what I saw. Won’t pay for that type of rip off. I might be old but it was far better seeing Australia back then. I feel sorry for this generation.

We have been using a 50 / 50 diesel kerosene mix for the last few years. No more soot or smoke problems.
Glad to see you back on the road. Hazel is too cute

Yes Jake, my husband said it is off a Volts wagon 😊
We love ❤️ 😍 💖 Hazel and we missed you guys bring it on❤❤.....
Welcome back! Loved this, just purchased our grub rug 👏🏼
You can't but admire good ole Australian humour

Nice to see you guys back, and welcome woofer!
You can use a clothes peg/pin to clip the toilet paper works perfectly

Finished with a belly laugh 😂 at hazel the comedian 😂🤣😂🤪
Great to see you in a new Video. Don't worry about the flies, it's fresh meat.

Where has pup come from so much love
She was living in Tasmania with our parents and we desperately wanted her with us so we had her come over for some travelling! 🩷
Loved it
Our thoughts exactly on the price at coward springs! Couldn't get in the spring some people were hogging it 😢 had coffee ,coffee icecream and scones 😂
Lol Jake you crack us up in those budgies 😂😂
Thanks for the warning where Pat is 😂😂
How are the Geolander tyres going compared to Maxis?
Hey Richard! They’re actually going amazing, we really loved the Maxxis but the yokeys seem to be wearing great, and super quiet too!
@@lilandjake thanks, I think Yokohama's are on my list
Hair tie around the toilet paper solves the problem
That’s a good thought!!! That was a pain in the arse! 😂😂😂
Pun intended 😂

Do you remember when the sun was once orange 🍊 not white 🤔 be safe lovely people ❤
Blocked exhaust in the diesel heater
Yes maybe that was it from the mud!?
Yeah when there blocked they smoke

Don't need reception to get GPS signal. Phones are cellular, GPS is satellite.

Much appreciated.

Not travelling with the boat anymore?
Can you do this trip on a 2X4?
It’s better that the corrugated road undid the toilet roll than hazel undoing it
Enjoyed your video and have watched most of your videos. Did I miss something where did Hazel come from she is lovely but ?

@@lilandjake oh Ye ok totally understand
Jake, I think you need to get rid of your buddy smugglers and get a mankini 😅
We couldnt stop laughing at Hazel's little face 😂 Curious, how old is she?
Shame you didn't make it out to the Painted Desert after you left Oodnadatta.
Missed my weekly dose of Lil and Jake ...
Its a Bmw motorbike motor tin man. 👍
Did you remember to pick up after your dog ?
Is hazel the dog we met in Tassie or is she a dog you have got since then

Old fuel
Yeah, we thought the same! 🫠
Maybe look at covering the fuel line to the diesel heater and put diesel saver in the heater fuel tank if left over summer
Good luck
$3/litter??????????????????
Boring
