Thanks for watching my video! The cards don’t explain how to form your mouth to pronounce the sounds but will give examples of words that have that sound. If you’re interested, I made another series on my channel on teaching your child to read. In the first video I recommend using Yoto cards but I also go through the Letters & Sounds document and teach Jolly Phonics actions for the sounds.

Do the phonic cards come with any handouts?
There was a very small booklet but it wasn’t much!
I have a question about accents. Do you think the letter sounds have a strong accent where it wouldnt work for an American child?
I don’t think it’s a strong accent in the UK ones I have but if you buy from the US store they’ve recorded them again with an American accent!
