This is what I did! I am a very stubborn consumer, and haven't bought a phone since IPhone Xs. It's finally starting to show signs of wear that are too glaring to overlook, so I bought the 15 pro last week. I'm hoping to get 6-7 years out of this phone, and I decided to skip the 16 after careful research. This phone seems like the right choice.
@@bunsslife I bought a magsafe portable battery pack that I'll carry around, if it's absolutely necessary then I'll buy a battery case like I usually do.
My 15 pro max was a lemon 🍋 86% battery health after 13 months. Was charging it 2x per day Sold it and paid 150$ extra for a 16+ Miss 120hz but for me battery is the most important
@@SahilArora09 that's unfortunate. My small 15 Pro battery seems pretty standard (but not fantastic by any means) but hey, at least you got a more recent iPhone now 👍
Xperia phones back in the days did magic that Samsung and Apple are trying to catch onto now. They’re the absolute best, but unavailable in my country :)
Nah, I can't really get the 15's in my country, the pros are too expensive still and I'm just gonna get the 16 plus. Because Fb marketplace is too risky to order from.
15 pro is uglier than 16 (cooking stove camera module), heavier, thicker, has variable refresh rate (display stays at 80hz most of the time and switches back and forth which looks horrible), worse chip, worse battery and has bad color options. the only good thing about it is the telephoto camera
@@garfieldblessesyouwithadri3944 looks are subjective, 80hz refresh rate issue has never happened to me, and I have addressed in the video that battery is not its forte. Colour preferences are subjective too. 🙂
@@garfieldblessesyouwithadri3944the 15 pro is the OBJECTIVELY better phone, now if you would rather pay more for less go ahead. 15 pros are less than $700 meanwhile 16 is nearly $900 with tax and unlocked
Exaggerated expensive device!! Why people pay over 1.000$/€ on a phone when there's under 500€/$ phones who can be as good or maybe more good than an iPhone or a very S series Samsung?
@@mrgrumpyjinx haha well it depends on everyone’s use case! Some are very particular with cameras, and I have to say that iPhones and Android phones like the Pixel are always very consistent in this department 🙂
@bunsslife if i want a good camera, i will buy a camera! From a phone i want to be fluid on the internet, good ram management. I use an Oppo A78 4G and it has all i want: extremely good Battery life, 8 gb ram with another expandable 4, amoled screen, fingerprint under the display, good sound both speaker and on earphones. And it cost me 280€!
There's no better phone thatn iphone 16 pro which is under 500$ no. You can say you don't need all that quality and camera, especially if you are just a regular person. But if you're content creator or just want the best then you have to pay 1000 $ and more.

@@MrTytyjohn64 that's a massive jump! The only downside (still) is its battery, but average users shouldn't find it lacking too much.

As a 15 Pro user myself, it's a 10/10 phone!! Amazing video!
@@gaspigomez519 thank you, really appreciate it! Yes it's easily the best "small" phone 💯
Upgraded from the iPhone 11 to the 15 pro max a week before the 16 came out, saved several hundred dollars, no regrets! 🤣

how are you charging it two times per day? My 15pm average screen time is 8 hours and i normally only charge once per day
Meanwhile me, skipping iphone, then skipping samsung, and getting the sony xperia
