I had bought this one to use now and later when I move to my own place I'd get a 55 inch 2022 version, and use this one as a bedroom tv/ monitor... but after seeing this video I cancelled the purchase.... maybe the 43 inch, but they are weirdly expensive, even more then the 50 inch one

Hi Rafael, I hope you are well. It is a strange one with the 32" TV, it feels like old tech and almost a different item for only a few hundred less. The 43" I am happy with, great image quality. But I wish I had the 50" 😂 If you wait for the next bank holiday hopefully you'll get the 43" for around £600 if lucky. Have a good week

In fairness, if you are the sort of person like me who prefers a small TV of this size viewed from a distance of around 2 metres (as is the case with me), 4K versus 1K all other things being equal is going to be really hard to discern. You would see much bigger differences with the quality of the encoding of the source material. That said, 4K would still be nice to have regardless and yes, for gaming when you might be only 50 or 60 cm away from the screen then 4K would make a significant difference. I still have my Full HD LG LB6500 from 2014 and still love it. I would have bought an LG 4K 32 inch to replace it if only because my current TV is a decade old. But it seems that the only 4K 32 inch TV being made today is a Samsung and even then only in some markets (not here in Australia).

But are there any better 32" FullHD TVs out there? I certainly don't know of any that are QLED. It's got to be the highest end 1080p currently being produced, no? I mean, a high end 1080p TV probably hasn't been produced for about 10-12 years now. I wonder how this would hold up against an old Panasonic Viera VT50 plasma, or some of Samsung and LG's 2012/ 2013 OLED FullHD TVs. It seems like the only 1080p TVs dominating the market are TCL, Roku and Vizio. All of which are low end.

Great question and I have been asking this myself. My LG 32LB6500 from 2014 was considered a "high end" TV since it was the smallest of their high end series back then and the picture was (and still is) excellent. But there does not seem to be a lot out there to directly replace it, except perhaps this particular LG "Frame", since the specs seem comparable. Most 32 inch TVs these days even use inferior 720p panels so they have taken a step backwards compared to their "best" era (which was probably when I bought mine a decade ago). I can only hope my 10 year old TV keeps going!!

Hello. Can I request you to check if your TV has the setting for IP Control (settings -> general or connection -> expert settings -> IP Control)?
I see it in my 43” and 65” Frames, but I don’t see it on my 32”.

Not sure about why one would like this flat mount when the result is this: 0:06. A HDMI and power cable can be pulled through an in wall tube, this connector cannot. I would have hanged it 25cm lower, with the brick behind it so you cover and use the wall sockets.

    • @HenryGeorge2018

Hi Odot, I hope you are well. So unless the frame feature is your prime driver you can get the same quality for around £150 less or at the £400 mark you can get a 4k screen. LG and Samsung do some good screens with the slightly thicker bezels (LG 32LM6300) but if must have the frame you can get the 2020 version for £295 on Amazon right now.

Once it’s mounted, is it easy to take on and off the wall? I was thinking of mounting it in my bedroom but would like to bring it into the kitchen every once in a while to watch movies while cooking.

Hi Skye, I hope you are well. It will freely lift off the wall mount without any issues.(Like a picture frame) The hardest bit will be the wires if you have them in the wall, otherwise if they are external, it will be simple. Legs are easy to quickly attach if you want to stand it up in the kitchen. Putting it back on the wall may take a minute or two if you are on your own, as you'll have to line up a little blind due to how close it sits against the wall. I hope this helps

Hey there Marlon, I hope you are well. If you switch your light off in your room, close blinds etc and leave it a few minutes it should switch off automatically. If not there is a setting in the menu to edit the duration before it turns off.

@@niksaunders3258 Originally I had put some ducting in the wall, but the cable end was to big when we went to hang it and it wouldn't go through. So until I cut the plaster board out again I have used some external wire 10mm magnolia ducting (you can see it in the video under the right hand side of the TV) It was about £5 from Screwfix. The box I have hidden in the unit draw below it. Maybe a bit harder to hide the box in the kitchen?
