Asriel has infinity in all his stats, but making a character have infinite is quite complicated and that's why he gave them those stats instead of infinite.
To be honest, if you'll look closely in game, than you'll find out that Papyrus is secretly (for everyone except him, Sans, Flowey and us) so powerful that even Flowey with godlike power afraid to give him a chance to fight back. Btw, it's canon that Papyrus and Flowey really are friends (but Flowey still chooses Chara over him (untill the end of genocide)).
If you put paps at full power he would probably stronger then Genocide Chara. The reason he’s so easy is because he doesn’t want to hurt anyone, even if they try to brutally murder him. Like in the Genocide route when you attack him and he still believes you can do better. Papyrus without his innocence is basically god.

Because of that, the capability of Papyrus cannot reach that high.

So yeah, check is not really reliable.

Power levels pro in my opinion I think you are exaggerating the skeletons with their transformations and personally, even if they merged, I do not think it would serve to defeat asriel since according to the logic of the transformations you could have put omega asriel (asriel god of hyper death absorbs the soul of Frisk pacifist) or you could also have put an asriel bad time or Disbelief since he has them absorbed would it be logical that he could use his abilities ???
