I SO dislike the secret pricing of vtol s... And when you do manage to get a price for a vtol... Your like WOW... All that for a fixed wing craft???? A quad is far more complicated... And cheaper.
It's all good until a year later and they stop making or supporting your battery's. Then you have a non functional "X Star Premium" that becomes a paper weight. I'll never buy from Autel again, $1200 down the drain. Yeah there's the hack the battery option but I shouldn't have to do that.
Absolutely terrible marketing.. Why would you make a commercial that focuses on the UAS being utilized to locate a poacher, but then in the middle of that scenario, begin talking about mapping and surveying accuracy? You guys don't even know who you're marketing this drone to.. On top of that, NO law enforcement department is going to have $124,000 for the standard base Dragon fish package..Nor the $65,000 for the lite version.. that's insane.. they can do the exact same thing with a DJi Phantom product or a Matrice series with a zoom camera for MUCH less money..and it's stupid simple to teach anyone in the department to fly on the DJI product, or even a Skydio drone. You guys are way off base with this, in my opinion.
Currently there are 22 DF Standard in operation in the US. All owned by PS Departments. 3 Lite Versions. In comparison to our own products, the EVO Line, it does not fly like them. If you look at VTOL vs Quad
