Restaurant business is very risky in Ontario. I deal with lot of owners and they don't make money by investing money. The whole family works 12 hours a day, then they earn a living. It's like BUYING A JOB
Very nice and simple Sardar that’s why he face so many hardships
I had been to this restaurant when they first opened it, The food was amazing but as the business grew the quality was compromised like any typical desi restaurant. The kitchen was visible to the customers and it was very filthy and after that I stopped going back there. Last year I took some guests to the newly opened part of the restaurant, We ordered non vegetarian food and it was delicious and the service girls were top notch. I felt it was a good value for money spent and experience was great 👍
One question you didn't ask him which I want to ask in your comments . How many students paid to you for PR documents and what is the current price of these documents. He earns lots of money from students rather than from bhathure chole.
His main usp of business is cheap price with lot of compromise on quality. You can enquire from Sheridan's students. If his Chole Bhature is so good then You have to go there and try it😅

It varies a lot. It can be from 50k to million depending on size of restaurant and location
There is not much money, you work there like employee and may be earn 3 to 5 k
