Air raid sirens sounded in Jerusalem on Sunday as explosions were heard in the skies.
At least six booms sounded as Iranian drones arrived early Sunday.
There was no immediate word from authorities on whether the explosions are an incoming attack or the sound of interceptions.
Iran launched dozens of drones and ballistic missiles toward Israel in an unprecedented revenge mission that pushed the Middle East ever closer to a region-wide war.
The attack marked the first time Iran had ever launched a direct military assault on Israel.

"Zion" was the name of the tower of the Jebusite mountain fortress that the Israelites conquered about 3,000 years ago. And "Zionism" as a political term means little more than (modern) Israeli nationalism, just as there is Indian, Chinese or Italian nationalism. What's the problem - the alternative would be a religious theocracy like in Iran or Saudi Arabia!
