Video Synthesis 3. Group Discussion 4. HR Interview Round 1: Test The questions will be related to - Quant and Logic(Probability, profit loss, Stats, number theory & Reasoning questions) -Language - Personality assessment - DATA ANALYSIS(Write what all you infer from the given table/graph) - Picture description(What do you infer from the image below) The time allotted is plenty Most of the Personality assessment and quant questions had come from the Mu Sigma sample question list, which is available online through mu apt Answer only those questions which you are sure about Round 2: Video Synthesis A video will be played for 10-15 min. The video might be a motivational movie clip or a summarized lecture given by CEO (about Mu Sigma). The video needs to be synthesized in few bullet points Try to make three- four strong bullet points Round 3: Group Discussion The qualified students will be distributed in a groups of ten. The deciding parameters will be - What relevant points you make in conversation (try to note down the points) - How much clarity you have on the given topic Round 4: HR Interview It can be a combination of HR as well as Technical. Technical questions can be related to Math’s, reasoning or solving case studies (basically business problems) HR round will comprise of few basic question like - Tell me about yourself? - Why Mu Sigma? - Tell me a situation where u handled situation under pressure - What would you do if you get 5 crore? - Example to prove your creativity (it can be your final year project) - Views on Placement procedure - Difference between Hard work and Smart work and many more ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR INTERVIEW AND HAVE A BRIGHT FUTURE AHEAD

To start with MuSigma is one of my dream companies to work with and yeah I have been preparing for that. I have small doubt sir, what is the area of questions which i basically need to concentrate more when it comes to the first round ( For Eg : Probability, Percentage, etc., ). The purpose of this round is to see your ability to make sense of the information you are presented with and try to capture what the video clip is trying to convey. To give an example: If you are asked to sumarize the story about rabbit and tortoise race you don't write "rabbit was fast but he took rest in between hence he lost".That's summarizing. Instead you can write "one needs to be a consistent performer at different stages of his life to be successful" or "negligence can lead to undesired results" (basically moral of the story/video) Any video can be used for video sysnthesis in recruitment process. The video can be from a football match (showcasing team work), an extensive video describing a product, service or even a movie clip
